Dr. Cynthia Agumanu McOliver is an Environmental Health Scientist and Project Officer with the National Center of Environmental Research in the Office of Research and Development at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She was previously a licensed Sanitarian with the Consumer Health Bureau in the City of Houston Health Department, and a former Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) Environmental Health Fellow in the Office of Water, Office of Science and Technology at the U.S. EPA. She received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Environmental Health Sciences from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master of Public Health degree with Concentration in Community Health from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, and Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
