NEHA has a Climate Change Committee that is collecting and disseminating best practices with regard to climate change to NEHA membership, affiliates, other Environmental Health Professionals and the public. Individuals, families, organizations and governments are taking actions to address Climate Change, learn what these are and share what you are doing. The year 2017 is projected to be the third hottest. Very serious climate related impacts involving loss life, disrupting of millions of lives and billions of dollars of damage occurred in 2017. This has helped to motivate an increased level of effort address climate change. We don’t know everything about climate change (global warming) but we know enough to take actions now.
